COCA has two publications: the professional newsletter COCA News and the peer reviewed open access journal Chiropractic & Manual Therapies.

COCA News is published quarterly and distributed to members, associates and affiliates throught Australia and overseas. Chiropractic & Manual Therapies (formerly Chiropractic & Osteopathy) is published online by BioMed Central.
