Medicare’s Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Scheme has been implemented to allow allied health practitioners, like Chiropractors and Osteopaths, to help patients with complex and chronic conditions. Much has been said about the program but still little is known of the potential benefits this bold new Federal Government initiative can provide to the Chiropractic and Osteopathic profession.

Dr Peter Lorenz With over 23 years experience as a GP including obstetrics and sports medicine, Dr Peter Lorenz has worked with Australian National Soccer teams and 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. Peter has had long term involvement in general, practice teaching & research.
Ms Lorena Rizzo An Education, Project Officer Lorena Rizzo has worked with Medicare Australia for over 16 years. Previously the Team Coach of the Assessing & Benefits, Lorena and her teams main area of responsibility was around Medicare Benefits Schedule interpretation and the delivery of Medicare education sessions to external stakeholders.
