Happy 1^st Birthday - Chiropractic & Osteopathy
Chiropractic & Osteopathy is 1 year old this month.

It was with pleasure that last year we announced the arrival of our open access internet journal www.chiroandosteo.com and what a year it has been.

Reminiscing, I scanned the articles again prior to penning this report. I read with interest and pride the first editorial article titled, ‘Chiropractic & Osteopathy A New Journal’ published by Dr Bruce F. Walker, Dr Simon D. French and Dr Melainie Cameron. This article detailed the origin and evolution of COCA and its professional journals over time, but also looked forward with a vision for Chiropractic & Osteopathy in the years to come.

Browse the website for yourself I am sure you to will be impressed by the diversity of the debate articles, case reports, reviews and research papers submitted to date. Even consider presenting an item yourself, as accepted articles are still being published - free of charge!

COCA - Certified Practicing Member (CPM)
My advice to members this New Year is to upgrade your membership to CPM.

Many members have embraced the opportunity to advance their professional membership credentials. It has been a pleasure for me to sign new CPM membership certificates for so many of our members.

CPM is awarded to COCA members who have embraced life-long learning – CPM is not an elitist award. Members awarded CPM status are acknowledged by COCA because they have committed themselves to the ethos associated with maintaining contemporary learning in chiropractic and osteopathy.
