The Chiropractic Alumni may be in its infancy, but it is making its presence felt to graduates and students of Macquarie University and The Sydney College of Chiropractic.

Following a successful launch at a reunion dinner and seminar last year and the publication of its colourful newsletters “Chirobiz” and “Chitchat”, The Chiropractic Alumni has been enthusiastically active in 2005.

In recent months, students from Macquarie have been sponsored to attend DG and the opportunity was used to hold its first Alumni breakfast with keynote speaker Dr. John Kelly. A glittering Graduation Ball and Prize giving for the Class of 2004 was held at the end of April and a Practice Management Seminar with Dr. James Carter to undergraduates at Macquarie was the latest achievement.

The major event in the pipeline is the Annual Reunion Dinner and Seminar on September 3rd. The Chiropractic Alumni and its year representatives are keenly tracking down the graduates from The Sydney College of Chiropractic from 1965, 70, 75, 80, and 85 and the Macquarie University grads from 1990, 95, 2000 and all those who find these events a great chance to catch up with old friends and lecturers.
