Membership Services
Membership services introduced last year by COCA continue to serve our members well. Updates and new service initiatives are detailed below.
AMP Bank – Line of Credit
AMP Bank is pleased to advise COCA members and supporters of enhancements to its product range. AMP Bank has introduced a new Line of Credit product, which allows customers to reuse their loan facility when needed, without having to apply for a new loan.
The product is available for home loan borrowings from $40,000. Customers with borrowings over $250,000 (or $200,000 outside Sydney NSW) will also be eligible for this product at discounted rates. In addition to this change, the Annual Executive Club fee will increase from $300 to $330, effective from 13 November 2003.
To discuss your loan requirements simply contact the friendly team at AMP Bank on, 1300 360 525 and mention that you are a COCA member or supporter.
Hertz Car Rental
Last year, Hertz Car rental provided members and supporters with great rates for all vehicles in the Hertz range - this year things will be even better.
To access discounted rental car rates or obtain free membership of Hertz #1 Club Gold, call 13 30 39 and quote CPD number 1455657 and state that you are a COCA member or supporter.
Professional Indemnity Insurance 2004/05
By now, members should be aware that QBE Insurance, the largest professional indemnity insurer in Australia, continues to be a partner with Aon, COCA and the Chiropractic and Osteopathic professions in Australia.
Last year, COCA continued to provide the best Risk Management Continuing Education Modules in Australasia. As an outcome of Chiropractors and Osteopaths applying risk management philosophies to their practice, we believe this has proven to be one of the factors leading to the reduction of claims notifications in the past twelve months – leading to lower premiums for 2004/05 professional indemnity insurance.
COCA is committed to the ongoing risk management programs, and we will be releasing our third module later this year. Ultimately, it is hoped that COCA’s commitment to risk management will result in competitive premiums being sustainable in the longer term.
If you have any questions, please call members of your Aon service team in Melbouirne on (03) 3211 3000 or Sydney on (02) 9253 7000.
