As of 11 April 2005, BioMed Central UK commenced publishing the COCA Journal, Chiropractic & Osteopathy.

Chiropractic & Osteopathy is an online internet access journal and has replaced the previous COCA print journals Australasian Chiropractic & Osteopathy (last issue Volume 12, Number 2, November 2004) and COMSIG Review (first issue Volume 1 Number 1, November 1992, last issue Volume 4, Number 3, November 1995).

COCA's policy on copyright of COMSIG Review and Australasian Chiropractic & Osteopathy is as follows:

Anyone is free:
	*	to copy, distribute, and display the work;
	*	to make derivative works;
	*	to make commercial use of the work;
Under the following conditions:
	*	the original author and the Chiropractic & Osteopathic College of Australasia must be given credit;
